Overview
A 5- week series of getting hands-on with Voice & Conversational AI design. Diversifying from a traditional design role into a Voice & Conversational designer role is set to bring about a greater degree of awareness & a people-centric mindset in designers. With emerging technologies opening up to the world of voice-driven UX, the struggle to switch into such a perspective is real.
In this masterclass, we will dive deep into voice design's inner workings. You will go through a designed course to create your first voice-driven project. For this, we will understand how to plan for a voice-centric project, the process of creation of a system persona, applying voice design principles to drive your user journeys, and voice-prototyping on Voiceflow.
You'll also engage with the team from Voiceflow. They will break down the best practices of conversation design and what foundational steps you should consider when using Voiceflow or other conversation design tools. Additionally, we'll dive into the differences and go from GUI (graphic user interface design) to VUI (voice user interface) and how designers can quickly level up and share their designs.
Lastly, in this journey, you'll get design exposure to the latest trends & thoughts around Voice & Conversational AI through lively & regular cohort discussions and one-to-one mentoring sessions with the instructor.
