With an experience of 6+ years in conducting user research especially talking to people from various walks of life, age group, regionality or profession I have always been mesmerised by culture, social behaviours and so on. I strongly believe empathy is a self taught art and cannot be learnt in books rather than practiced. Empathy is a lifetime investment one can do to improve personal well being, design well being and thus contributing to product innovations which are human centric.
