Workshop Brief

The Workshop will focus on building the importance of leadership and influence in the design industry; and how it can drive innovation and impact. It shall help participants to identify opportunities and focus on the design practice, people, product, and portfolio. Depending on the audience, content can be adapted to make it more relevant to women in design. The workshop will be delivered through a combination of lectures, interactive exercises, and group discussions. Participants can work in small groups and share their experiences and ideas.

At the end of the workshop, participants will have an action plan for advancing their leadership and influence skills in the design industry or their current role.
