Workshop Brief

Anita Eradla and Katei Moriarty will host a workshop on “Applying research and customer insights to designing platforms.” In this session, you’ll learn about applying research and customer insights to designing platforms. They’ll also share valuable insights and strategies for creating impactful platform designs. Through case studies, how’ll learn how they have applied these concepts to create successful products and services.

At the end of the workshop, attendees will have a solid understanding of how to leverage research insights to create impactful designs that meet the needs of their customers.
